The metal tray racks are manufactured from 25mm square tube and are supplied with an epoxy powder coated finish. Mobile units are fitted with 50mm rubber tyre castors. All units incorporate the new patented 'Glide & Tilt' Structural Tray Runner Module, allowing for the trays to stop in an angled open position without falling out of the unit making for easy access and viewing. Yet by a simple manoeuvre the trays can easily be withdrawn from the unit. The tray racks are supplied fully assembled complete with trays of your choice and ready for immediate use. Flat pack options are now also available following the launch of the 'Glide & Tilt' Structural Tray Runner Module. The unique design of the NEW Tray Runner Module allows for it to be fixed to the welded tray rack framework maintaining the unit strength and integrity, unlike other self assembly units available elsewhere that have loose fitted runners that fall out.
