Stak-Safe Installation of Anti-Collapse

Stak-Safe anti collapse mesh is the ultimate bespoke solution for a safe warehouse.

When Stak-Safe anti collapse mesh is fitted to the rear of pallet racking it prevents goods from falling out and causing injury to personnel or damage to goods below. Stak-safe anti collapse mesh is available in three mesh sizes:

50mm x 60mm
50mm x 30mm
25mm x 25mm (for aerosol storage).

The Stak-Safe system is based around six standard panel sizes.

1100mm wide x 1000mm high
1100mm wide x 1200mm high
1100mm wide x 1500mm high
2200mm wide x 1000mm high
2200mm wide x 1200mm high
2200mm wide x 1500mm high

Built in a brickwork pattern for additional strength, the panels are attached to the racking uprights using ‘Stand off’ brackets and then bolted together to give the desired width and height.

End panels are cut to suit on site and profiled to give the perfect finish to every installation.

Stand off brackets are available from stock either painted or galvanised in a multitude of sizes.

Please note, we are able to build upto 1500mm above the height of your racking using a cost effective 'upright extension' system. Please also indicate whether the screen is to start from floor or higher up.

Size of Stand off bracket required?

Standard sizes available from stock are 0mm, 50mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm. Other sizes can be made to order.
