MODULAR SYSTEMS |
All Stak-Guard machine guarding systems are modular. This means that whatever your requirement, we can offer the right system to suit. Should your requirement change in the future, simply change the layout of your Stak-Guard installation with minimum fuss and cost.

Most Stak-Guard systems are kept in stock in standard colours for immediate delivery.
Any other RAL colour available on request.
Stak-Guard is available as steel mesh, sheet metal or clear plastic panels.
We also offer a dark green (black) plastic panel (see photo above), suitable for protecting against weld flash.
A combination of panels can easily be designed to suit your particular requirements. |

DOORS, LOCKS AND ACCESSORIES |
Doors. A full range of doors available including hinged, bi-parting and sliding doors with or without overhead rails (lintels). |

Locks. A full range of locking systems available including snap locks (traditionally used with switches), hasps for padlocking, cylinder locks, push bar and panic locks. |

Accessories. A full range of accessories available including;
cutting kits for horizontal and vertical 'straight' cuts,
rubber strips to give any required cuts a professional finish (see picture below),
cable conduit trays which can be fitted above mesh panels
and Stak-Bolt, a quick release system for panels. |

RUBBER STRIP
Using our rubber strip,
you obtain a soft and tidy edge on
the area where cuts have been made in the
mesh wall. Sold in 2000mm lengths.
