STAK GUARD X – The Fully Compliant System

STAK GUARD X is a Modular Machine Guarding system that complies with the latest Machine Guard Directive  ‘2006/42/EC’ which came into force on 29th December 2009.

Standard colours of Yellow RAL1018 Posts and Black RAL9011 Panels ensure the danger area is highlighted while keeping the machine clearly visible.

STAK GUARD X – The Flexible System
STAK GUARD X is supplied with revolutionary captive fixings for securing the panels to the posts allowing easy removal for service access.  These ensure that STAK GUARD X complies with the latest Machine Guard Directive and also carries the following benefits:

• Fast and easy installation
• Ability to quickly swap a ‘wall panel’ for a ‘door panel’ if required
• Change door hinge and lock handing if required

Upper Panel Bracket Simple snap on brackets can be fitted to up to three sides of a post.	Lower Panel Bracket Guides the panel into the correct position when assembling.	Panels just snap into place! Removal of panels is fast and can easily be carried out by one person using the supplied ‘X-Key’, from either inside or outside of the enclosure.	Cutting package Optional ‘Trim Kits available for horizontal and vertical cutting.	Hinge Hinges are the same size as panel brackets meaning doors and panels can be interchanged.	0-180 degree fitting Fitting for creating corners up to 180 degrees.
Door Options
Hinged Door – Single For pedestrian access or emergency exit. Up to 1,530mm wide.	Hinged Door – Double Access for wider goods or pallet trucks etc.  Up to 3,110mm wide.	Sliding Door – Single Single Track Rail.  Up to 5,740mm wide.	Sliding Door – Double Includes a ‘Twin Track Rail’.  Up to 5,870mm wide.
Single Sliding door with no overhead rail Telescopic rail - Ideal for Fork Lift access.  Up to 3,010mm wide.	Double Sliding door with no overhead rail Telescopic rail - Ideal for Fork Lift access.  Up to 5,970mm.
Lock Options

Snap Lock Door is closed with a simple push and kept closed via the snap function.	Cylinder Lock Burglar proof locking system with easy grip handle.	X Lock The ultimate lock that can’t be closed from the inside but can always be opened.  Various switches available.

Cable Management Trays Strong Flexible Fast and Easy Installation Please contact us for further details		STAKRAK offers the simple, smart and flexible cable tray for our STAK GUARD X system. The product is strong, flexible and at the same time fast and easy to assemble. You can shape elegant solutions without any welding. As with our X-Guard system few fittings and tools are needed. You can easily follow the winding shapes of a conveyor system or make on site alterations.

Being a modular system, we can keep most materials in stock and can usually deliver within 1 week of order!  This also makes it very cost effective compared to a bespoke Machine Guarding system.

Delivery
All materials are packed in wooden boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
